    If you balance the various parts of the body correctly, one above the other, you will reduce the amount of muscle tension used to keep the body upright and save the energy for other uses.
    Everyone seems to concentrate on muscles, actually the balance depends on the skeleton and joints. Balanced rider must have the bones on the right place only then the muscles need to do less work. Increase your awareness and ride more with your bones.
It is impossible to ride with poor posture.
