    Inflexibility in the body means also inflexibility in mind.

    We can use joint mobilisation techniques - to release articular motion restrictions that impede whole body organisation. That changes in structure will impact the whole person, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

    All individuals develop compensatory patterns, ways of holding and defending against a variety of physical and emotional insults. According to the holistic system, all bodies have some degree of disorder and compensation in their structure.
